We are currently seeking Estimators in our Maine Regional Office, Texas Regional Office, and Corporate Headquarters in Connecticut. These Estimators will be responsible for managing, estimating and bidding in their respective districts in coordination with the District Manager. This person will begin working as soon as arrangements can be made.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assign take-offs and other estimating duties to the estimating team members
• Manage, maintain and update the HCSS software database
• Visit project to understand site conditions/restrictions
• Work on a preliminary project schedule based on the information provided in the plans and specifications utilizing Primavera P6 or Primavera Contractor software
• Lead the team to close the estimate
• Manage all aspects of assembling a successful cost estimate, then price the bid in HCSS
