Bensalem, PA based Commercial Contracting Company seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent. Must have at least 10 years of extensive experience and be familiar with the manufacturer’s specifications for each type of system, which include but are not limited to, Carlisle, Firestone, Sarnafil, EPDM, TPO and PVC systems to accomplish Single Ply Roofing, Built-up Roofing and green roofs. In addition, our services include roof management, waterproofing, maintenance and repairs, wall panel, louver and column applications.
EDA is an exterior envelope contractor that specializes in Exterior Wall Panels, Air and Vapor Barriers, Roofing, Waterproofing and Louvers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. EDA’s market is institutional, industrial, and commercial ONLY.
The qualified individual will have continuous field supervision and the ability to supervise multiple roofing projects, organize and coordinate the work of craft employees on construction projects, keep cost records on work performed and materials purchased, exercise control of in progress completion stage to complete project within time limits for budget purposes and inspect construction work to enforce conformity to specifications and safety.
All candidates must have a valid driver’s license, clean MVR, pass a drug test and proficiency with MS based office software applications.
