Concrete Superintendent to run small commercial construction concrete crew. 

MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish)

Leads and directs daily construction activities. Has a thorough knowledge of construction methods and procedures as well as an extensive knowledge in concrete finishing and paving. Reviews, understands and communicates work assignments, plans and specifications to crew/team.  Works with the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager to develop and implement the work plans at the crew level. 

Has a good understanding of OSHA and standard safety procedures; ensures teams meet company safety goals and requirements. Has basic safety credentials, OSHA 10 and valid drivers' license.
