Demolition and Abatement Superintendent
 
Balfour Beatty Communities currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Demolition and Abatement Superintendent at Sheppard AFB, in Wichita Falls, OK.
 
The Demolition and Abatement Superintendent provides oversight for all abatement and demolition activities at assigned work sites, including monitoring and enforcing quality control and safety of all demolition projects.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS  / QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer competence in: MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Project, and Word.
 
• Possession of a valid state issued Drivers License and safe driving record is required.
 
• Ability to travel to local sites up to 30%.
 
• Familiarity with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Lead Based Paint (LBP) and Asbestos Containing Building Materials abatement techniques, OSHA Rules and Regulations, National Demolition Associations Guidelines.
 
• This position is expected to last one (1) year.
