What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our projects and the overall growth of the company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Ensure projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to select finishes, stay on budget, and bring their dream homes to life.
  • Permits and Paperwork: Assist in applying for permits with towns and cities and ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
  • Organization: Keep operations organized both in and out of the office, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient communication.
  • Research and Procurement: Research products and finishes to enhance the quality and efficiency of our builds.
  • Financial Management: Use QuickBooks for business management, budgeting, and financial organization.
  • System Development: Help implement systems to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Site Visits: Occasionally visit project sites to monitor progress and address any issues.
