Hiring a Chief Operations Officer responsible for supervising and leading overall Operations that include: Pre-construction and Estimating, Cleared Services, General Construction, and other groups to be added in the future.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related industry degree. MBA or Master’s in a related field
• 5+ years experience in executive leadership roles
• Preferred experience with Data Centers
• Preferred experience with the MEP Trades
• Experience with General Construction to include base-building
