About the Role:
Were looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Observer for a long-term, temporary part-time position. In this role, youll ensure that construction work meets the highest standards and complies with approved plans and specifications. The position offers flexible hours, with weekly hours based on the contractors progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with construction plans.
• Prepare and submit observation reports detailing construction progress and issues.
• Document site conditions with high-quality photographs.
• Measure existing conditions in the field to support project documentation.

What Were Looking For:

• Expert Knowledge of Commercial Construction: Experience with concrete, structural steel, drywall, roofing, aluminum windows, and institutional door hardware.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye to ensure all work meets required standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to report findings clearly.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in onsite construction observation or administration for architects/engineers is a plus.
• Background Check: Clean background check required.
• Education: High School diploma or GED required.
• Technology: Personal cell phone for communication and photos.
