Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Superintendent/Foreman at Bolt Builders, LLC located in Lookout Mountain, TN. The Field Superintendent/Foreman will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing subcontractors, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and project management.  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's license
• High School diploma or additional construction education preferred
• Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Suite, specifically excell
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Be in adequate physical shape to stand or walk for several hours at a time.
• Experience with small hand tools and equipment to assist with tasks
