We are hiring a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled Construction Technician to support commercial tenant improvement projects.

This position is ideal for someone with strong carpentry and drywall experience who can also handle light concrete work such as forming and small pours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform layout and framing (wood and metal studs)
• Install drywall, patching, taping, and finishing (Level 4)
• Prepare and apply paint and finishes
• Build simple concrete forms (pads, curbs, small footings)
• Assist with concrete pours and placement
• Install doors, hardware, and basic finishes
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work closely with project manager and follow schedule

Requirements:

• Strong experience in carpentry and drywall (required)
• Basic concrete/formwork experience (required)
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read basic plans and layout work
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to the job site
