About the Position:
Hiring a Project Manager capable of running 10-15 million projects as the lead and responsible for leading the company's efforts from contract execution to completion and compiling estimates, managing costs, design tracking, scheduling, permits, and contract compliance for several projects at a time and for the company's most valuable tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required. • 5+ years of prior Project Management experience with a reputable commercial contractor. • Experience managing multiple projects and personnel is preferred. • Design Build experience preferred
