Global Modular is seeking an experienced Senior Draftsperson to advance the company's overall Engineering Department workflow.


WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

  • Architectural and MEP drawing Development
  • Plumbing Detailing
  • Electrical Detailing
  • HVAC Detailing
  • Structural Detailing
  • Specification Detailing
  • Knowledge of Construction Processes


ABILITY TO:

  • Excellent AutoCAD and Bluebeam skills
  • Multi-task and work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Prepare and Track various types of project documentation
  • Able to gather and compile data from multiple sources and prepare reports
  • Computer and Software: Windows 10, Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Chrome, Printing, Scanning, PDF, Telephone, Zoom
